ZEFFLE GK-Series is fluoropolymer coating varnish with excellent weather resistance,
anti-fouling property and corrosion resistance. Daikin first-ever adopted tetrafluoro
ethylen as the ingredient of resin backbone structure, which exerts high performances.
The coating reduces the temperature of a roof by reflecting sunlight. The reduction of external
surface temperature leads to reduction of internal temperature.

Truck Loading Package
When transporting LNG from storage terminals overland to consumers,
LNG is loaded into tank trucks and specialized containers using LNG
tank truck-loading equipment. Truck-loading equipment comprises LNG
piping, flow meters, flow rate regulating valves, loading arms, and
valves, as well as drain systems, and safe loading management functionality.
TBM has compactly packaged all equipment and systems necessary for loading on a steel frame, and
these has been developed so that they can be easily assembled at construction site. This product
is called "Truck Loading Package (TLP)".
Until recently, specialized truck loading equipment package manufacturers did not exist, and
generally, loading equipment parts and piping have been assembled at the construction site.
The TLP developed by TBM enables a reduction in the time and effort required by costumers in
designing loading equipment, and this significantly simplifies on-site construction management.
TBM has over 40 years of proven experience and expertise in handling cryogenic equipment, providing
customers with optimum specifications. We have produced on a commercial basis “TLP” equipment that
focused on functionality such as safe and reliable operation.

Marine Loading Arms
Cryogenic loading arms are used for loading and unloading
of LNG (liquefied natural gas, -162°C) and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas),
as well as other refrigerated gases. LNG loading arms have been delivered
to all LNG thermal power stations in Japan, and these are still actively
being used even now half a century since being first installed, with a
record of outstanding functionality and durability.
Truck Loading Arms
Natural gas can be used as a replacement for oil, and
as such, has far fewer impurities, and higher reserves
(reserve-production ratio). Worldwide demand is on the
increase, with Japan relying on imports for 96% of its
supply, and import from distant producing countries requires
LNG tankers. When natural gas is cooled to -162°C, it becomes
a liquid, becoming 1/600 of its original volume, enabling efficient
transport by tanker. Japan is the world's largest importer of natural
gas, and its loading and unloading depends on cryogenic loading arms.
TBM provides loading arms as well as a range of related equipment
used in loading and unloading in cryogenic environments.
Niigata Butterfly Valves
